LICENSE & USE BOUNDARIES
Software tooling, not managed investment or custody.
All three products use a one-time personal commercial license. China purchases use Xianyu; international purchases use PayPal. These terms describe the digital-delivery boundaries.
Personal commercial license
Each price covers one buyer and up to two devices with permanent use of the purchased version. Use by the buyer is allowed; resale, public sharing, rental, managed operation, or redistribution to another person or organization is prohibited. The first release does not depend on online activation.
Delivery and updates
Delivery includes a validated Windows commercial package, installation guidance, one basic installation session, and twelve months of same-product updates. GitHub product showcases are not source repositories for the paid products and grant no redistribution, sublicensing, or derivative-sales right.
Refund principle
Refunds may be requested before download, for duplicate payment, non-delivery, or a verifiable material defect. No unconditional refund is offered after digital delivery; any legally applicable digital-goods exception is disclosed and actively confirmed before purchase. Payment-provider rules and mandatory law always prevail. Refunds and disputes stop future delivery and updates.
User responsibility
Users must confirm that relevant platforms and automation are permitted in their region and comply with account authority, platform terms, and applicable law. Accounts, funds, and operating decisions remain theirs.
Risk boundary
Automation can reproduce source losses and is affected by public-data quality, price changes, market conditions, account configuration, network failure, and external platform changes. No return or matching outcome is promised.
Identity and funds
A model account must disclose its identity. The product does not support impersonation, collect customer login data, pool funds, or operate another person's account without authority.
